Price Transparency Machine Readable Files

These JSON files list all allowables as of January 1 of the current year by network/provider. Actual allowables at point of claim may vary from these estimates based on changes in reimbursement throughout the year.

Transparency in Health Care

Beginning July 1, 2022 most health plans are required to provide the following to consumers:

1. In-Network Rate File: rates for all covered items and services between the plan or issuer and in-network providers.
2. Allowed Amount File: allowed amounts for, and billed charges from, out-of-network providers.
