1. Online

   How to Set Up a Profile Account on Rx.costco.com

   1. Go to Rx.costco.com and click Sign In/Register.
   2. Select Create Account, enter your email, and click Send Code.
   3. Enter the verification code from your email.
   4. Create a password and click Continue.
   5. Enter your name, date of birth, mobile number, and ZIP code.
   6. Provide your address and gender. Select Yes for prescription insurance.
   7. Click Continue and then Let’s Go to view your profile.
   8. You can add family members and pets later under the 'People and Pets' tab.

2. Phone

   Call us for help getting set up. Be sure to have a prescription bottle in hand, all the information needed to get started is on the label.

• How to Order a New Prescription

  1. Log in at Rx.costco.com and click Request a New Prescription.
  2. Choose Mail Order.
  3. Select a submission method.
  4. Enter your doctor’s info and prescription details.
  5. Add optional comments and click Submit Request.

  Standard shipping is free; expedited options cost extra.

• How to Order a Refill

  1. Log in and go to your Prescription List.
  2. Click Refill next to the medication.
  3. Confirm Mail Order delivery and shipping/payment details.
  4. Review and click Submit Request.
  5. You’ll get a confirmation once the pharmacy begins processing.

• Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders arrive in 7–10 business days after Costco receives the prescription.
  • Packages include medication, label, drug info sheet, and child-safety caps.
  • Easy-open caps are included if selected.
  • You’ll get a tracking number once your order ships.

• Payment Options

  Costco accepts Visa and MasterCard.

• E-prescribe

  Ask your prescriber to electronically submit your prescription to Costco Mail Order Pharmacy. By law, faxed or e-prescribed prescriptions are only valid if sent from a prescriber's office.
