Provides overall direction and guidance to the operational activities of the organization with the objective of maximizing growth and profitability. Provides leadership to and directs the Claims, Membership Services, Enrollment, Operations Support, Print Shop and Mailroom departments.
Responsible for formulating high level strategies, plans and policies to facilitate continued growth and expansion. Provides analysis of broad trends and strategic opportunities for plan development, including impact assessments of local and national legislative activity, review of competitive environment and trends, and assessment of the technological capabilities of CCMHP to respond to these activities and trends.
