Affinity Benefits

As a Tulsa Chamber Member you also have access to the following benefits with your participation in the ChamberCare Plus plans.

  • Dental

    Oklahoma's largest dental insurance carrier has partnered with CommunityCare to offer a wide portfolio of group and individual dental products with benefit structures and pricing levels not available elsewhere. Delta Dental's Select Program is available to Tulsa Chamber members. Other underwriting guidelines have been simplified for the new Chamber program.

  • Vision

    CommunityCare HMO products provide members with vision care benefits. In addition, Delta Dental offers all of its members significant vision care discounts through the EyeMed Vision Care program. The EyeMed Vision Care provider panel offers access to over 30,000 vision care professionals nationwide, including both private practitioners and leading optical retailers, such as LensCrafters, Target Optical, Sears Optical and most Pearle Vision locations.

  • Life Insurance

    MetLife and CommunityCare have recently entered into an agreement that will allow the Chamber to offer their members uniquely defined, guaranteed issue life and disability products at rates not available elsewhere. Life and disability products will be offered on a simplified underwriting basis at prices only available through CommunityCare.

  • Employee Assistance Program

    CommunityCare is Oklahoma's leading EAP provider with over 350 employer groups and 225,000 members. CommunityCare EAP provides not only services to employees to help identify and resolve problems, it also provides training and consultation to management. The EAP also provides 3 qualified substance abuse professionals (SAPs) to assist organizations that fall under the Department of Transportation. The economies of scale involved in a chamber program will allow us to structure a unique EAP program for ChamberCare Plus members. Pricing for the program has been discounted by 20%. For small businesses with 25 or fewer employees, the EAP cost will only be a $12.50 flat fee total per month. Groups with 26-50 employees will only pay $0.70 per employee per month.

  • Wellness

    CommunityCare has extensive wellness experience and resources. Health screenings, assessments, lectures and health promotion programs will be offered to Chamber members at prices significantly below that of independent third party vendors. Onsite programs at the Chamber for their enrolled small businesses will take place, and online wellness tools at a dedicated microsite will be made available as well. Their small businesses will have wellness tools and resources generally available only to large employers. Full biometric screenings for only $25 per participant will be subsidized 50/50 with the employer. A central location model with advanced registration will be employed. Numerous other wellness services, including flu shots, will be available.

  • Health Club Discounts

    CommunityCare members receive discounted membership rates at Tulsa's two premier fitness centers, the Health Zone at Saint Francis and the Siegfried Health Club at St. John. The discounted monthly fee is $49 at Saint Francis Health Zone and $47.25 at St. John Siegfried Health Club.
