Responsible for routing mail out of the office and to other departments. Responsible for distributing routed mail back to the Data Entry Specialist and Claim Examiners for all lines of business.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school graduation required.
  • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal direction.
  • Ability to read and understand claims processing manuals and health benefit booklets.
  • Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to converse and write fluently in English.
