The VP of Marketing & Business Development will have executive oversight of business development activities including product strategy, marketing, and sales. Develops, organizes, directs, and controls the activities of the Marketing, Sales, and Business development for CommunityCare of Oklahoma. Directly responsible for the performance of all departmental functions, including Commercial Marketing, Medicare Marketing, ASO (self-funded) and Senior Centers.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor degree required. Master degree preferred.
  • 10 or more years of progressive management and leadership experience.
  • 5 or more years of sales, marketing, or other business development experience.
  • Health plan experience preferred.
  • Current state and federal licenses and certifications required for sales of CommunityCare products preferred.
  • Current Life and Health agents license for the State of Oklahoma must be in force at all times.
  • Federal Marketplace Agent Exchange Certification must be obtained within 45 days of CMS opening the FFM certification process.
  • Utilize excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills to advance the CommunityCare brand.
  • Ability to motivate performance across all levels and functions in CommunityCare.
  • Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to create connections with the highest levels of leadership in local businesses.
  • Ability to interact with colleagues to advance corporate objectives.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check
