Under general supervision, handles customer service inquiries for multiple products and any related follow-up and research. Inquiries may be received via telephonic, email or internal customers. Responsible for performing cross-functional tasks that may service prospective members, enrolled members, employer groups and/or business associates.
Any full-time, active employee is eligible to apply as long as you have been in your current position at least 1 year, are not under formal discipline for any performance or attendance problems, and you meet with minimum requirements listed above.
