Responsible for providing administrative and technical support in functional areas of human resources including but not limited to, recruitment and employment. Prepares reports in conformance with organizational/departmental needs.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent work experience in an HR environment or a combination of education and experience.
  • 3 years previous experience working in a recruiting field.
  • Experience working with an outside staffing agency a plus.
  • Proficiency in the use of personal computers and database applications. Access preferred.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check.
  • Must be able to establish priorities, work on multiple tasks and meet diverse deadlines.
  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Involves frequent contact with individuals inside and outside of the organization requiring reasonable tact, discretion, professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to converse and write fluently in English.
