The Director of Corporate Services and Vendor Management is responsible for full end-to-end design and implementation of business, medical, and technology solutions for the health plans, as management of external vendors, process improvement, and data analytics. This position will oversee facilities, security, vendor management and the fitness center. This position provides leadership and guidance to cross functional areas and works closely with health plan staff to implement changes or improvements to process and technology design. A high degree of professionalism is required due to the interaction with both internal and external contacts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor s degree OR equivalent work experience.
  • 8-10 years of Strategic Vendor Relationship/Performance Management/Facilities Management.
  • 2 or more years of experience in project/asset management, procurement and vendor relations in a technology environment are desirable.
  • Minimum of 2 years people management experience is needed.
  • PMP certification preferred.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Analytical approach to problem solving, with a focus on managing a team environment with attention to results and with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong influencing skills with issue mitigation mentality.
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships.
  • Established track record of successfully managing vendor relationships.
  • Experience with an excellent understanding of a service-based/SLA-based vendor delivery model.
  • Strong project and process management skills, with the ability to handle multiple vendors, projects and a wide range of tasks.
  • Solid knowledge of procurement systems/processes/tools.
  • Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check.
  • Ability to speak and write fluently in English
