This position supports and assists the Supervisor, Budget & Cost Analysis in the coordination and accounting for the Company's (HMO and affiliates) G&A expenses.
The Financial Accountant (FA) will work with multiple departments and with personnel from a broad array of responsibilities within the organization to assist them in ensuring expenses are processed timely and recorded appropriately on a regular periodic basis. Additionally, the FA will work with the departments assigned to assist them in the reporting of their monthly budget variances on a timely basis. Becoming familiar with the expenses of the departments given, the FA will further assist in the preparation and development of the annual G&A departmental budgets for those departments and other areas where assistance is needed.
The FA will assist the Supervisor and others in the preparation of account reconciliations, account analyses, preparation of ad hoc reports and analyses and schedules related to G&A expenses, an other duties as assigned.
